Snowy Forest

Jack’s teachers at the 14th Street School do a wonderful job of proudly displaying the children’s art work in the classroom and all throughout the school. Visiting and admiring the work on display is always a treat, though we invariably know that there are going to be some goodies we don’t get to see right away. Knowing that he will be bringing home every single piece of work he has produced throughout the past ten months, we get excited at the prospect of seeing what he has created. Jack just graduated from second grade, and here’s one of his latest masterpieces framed and hung in the dining room (otherwise known as Jack’s Gallery)… “Snowy Forest” is the title :)

  1. Good job Jack! I like all the colors he used.

  2. good work, Jack and Dad too, MJ

  3. Second grade? I thought he was older… Jack is incredible. Photographer, sports jock, artist, inpersonator (astronaut). He’s obviously got great parents and I’m sure the older brother helps a lot. His school apparently is darn good, too. Kudos to all!

  4. Jack, as a retired teacher, you are the type of student I would loved to have had in my classroom. You are certainly an inspiration to other students. Keep up the good work.

  5. He’s got his dad’s eye for composition

    • Thanks Rick, but methinks this is all him. I was never one for having any success in art class… was too busy playing sports.

  6. Great stuff. It looks like Sam’s creations. That’s a “no,no,” of course–comparing siblings, but it is true. Just say “grandpa loves it.”

I'd love to hear from you...
